Wonderful Invites

Refund policy

Last updated 15 October 2026

If something isn’t right, tell us. Every refund request is read and decided by a person, not a machine.

How to ask

Email hello@wonderfulinvites.com from the address you signed in with. Tell us which invitation it’s about and what went wrong. We’ll reply as soon as we can, usually within a few working days.

How we decide

Refunds are never automatic. David Kahale looks at each request personally and considers what happened: for example, whether the invitation has been sent to guests, and whether something on our side didn’t work as it should.

If we approve a refund, it goes back to the card or payment method you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank may take a few days to show it. A refunded invitation is taken down.

Mistakes in names or details

The event type, the names and (for birthdays) the age lock when you pay. If you notice a genuine typo, you don’t need a refund: email us and we’ll fix it. See our terms for what locks and why.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there’s a major failure with the service, you’re entitled to cancel and receive a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You’re also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits those rights, or the rights consumers in other countries have under their own laws.
